WHAT IS KRIYA?

Kriyas are specific techniques intended to lead one toward expansion and evolution. They may include breath, repetitive body movement, mudras (specific hand or eye positions), and mantra. Practicing kriyas can help reduce stress, balance the brain and nervous system, boost vitality and immune system function, and strengthen the mind and heart. They can illuminate patterns within that no longer serve and cultivate our capacity to shift those patterns and move over time toward a more clear, peaceful, grounded, open-hearted, compassionate, intuitive and wise presence.
