Postnatal Yoga Class Schedule​​

Tuesdays    12:00pm - 1:15pm PST      Kari's Zoom

Please have ready a yoga mat, 2 blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket, and a yoga bolster or 1-2 pillows.

This class focuses on breath practices and yoga poses to help moms feel restored, energized, relieved, connected, strong, seen, loved, open and ready for the joys and challenges of the day. We also practice about 10 minutes of sweet developmental yoga movements for baby, accompanied by songs and rhymes. 

I also offer private postnatal yoga sessions as well as baby yoga and baby massage workshops. Please contact me for further information.
