Sattva Himalayan Kundalini Yoga Class Schedule 

This all levels class is an integrated practice of meditation, pranayama (breathwork), mantra, mudra, kriya,  yogic wisdom, and light integrating asana (poses) to create a rich and meditative experience and bring balance to the body, mind, and soul. 


​​Himalayan Kundalini offers the powerful and evolutionary healing tools of the rich Vedantic and Tantric traditions of the Himalayas, ancient yet incredibly supportive and relevant to modern daily life.

Pranayama means tuning our life force energy. Conscious breath practices expand energy, build vitality, refine the nervous system, and open access to our inner light and wisdom.


Mantra chanting can deeply focus the mind, expand the heart, activate healing, and invoke an intended energetic response.


Mudras are gestures that guide energetic flow and reflexes to the brain. They may involve hand positions, eye positions, body postures, and breath techniques.


Kriya means action that brings about expansion and evolution. Kriyas are techniques that combine repetitive movement with breath, mantra, and mudra to facilitate an expansive shift in our mental, physical, emotional and energetic systems and to bring us into greater harmony with ourselves and the totality of life.


Please ideally have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and a blanket for all classes.
