In her classes, Kari shares teachings that cultivate our adaptability, resilience, and evolutionary capacity through meditation, breathwork, Hatha Yoga asana, Himalayan Kundalini, kriya, mantra, and mudra. 

She is a healing arts practitioner of modalities that work with all layers of being from the physical to the subtle energetic, from deep tissue massage and neuromuscular reprogramming to Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki.

Kari has extensive and passionate expertise in women’s health, and has empowered thousands of expectant and new parents through prenatal and postnatal yoga, massage, birth education, and baby massage and yoga since 2000.
