About the Retreat
We are so happy to invite you to our 4th annual yoga retreat at Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma. Our intention is to create a grounding, safe, supportive, loving and uplifting circle for women of all ages. We will dive deep into the richness of yoga, creating opportunities for transformation, discovery and opening our hearts to who we truly are. We wish to honor our place as nurturing and creative women on this sacred Earth at this time. Retreating together naturally generates a powerful collective energy that can radiate out as blessings and healing to all beings everywhere.

"Thanks again for such a magical weekend. I felt the impact of the sessions and the community of women in both little and large ways. I am incredibly grateful to you three for the experience." A.H.
"A BIG thank you to you 3 for a wonderful and nourishing retreat! It was just what the Dr ordered and my tank is full once again." Alison L.
"I loved the whole weekend! I left on Sunday completely refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated! I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga, the chanting, the educational sessions, and the flexibility we were granted by the teachers to attend any or all sessions. The food was absolutely delicious - local, fresh, healthy and bursting with flavor. The grounds were particularly serene, with a positive, loving energy. This was my first of what I hope to be many more yoga retreats!" Amber M.
"I had such a terrific time on so many levels. The 3 of you provided the perfect balance of body, mind, and spirit." Jen P.
"Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxed, inspiring and nurturing few days away from the demands of life as a mother. It was all I could have asked for and more. For me it was a splendidly satiating balance of all aspects of yoga, from the magical morning meditations, where we could get lost and suspend ourselves in our inner world, right through to the physically active, but compassionately taught asana practices. As the time flowed so effortlessly and each session was comfortably spaced, I can't believe how we also managed to squeeze in a gentle reclined session, a restorative practice, some yoga therapeutics and a densely rich sutra theory class, as well as wholly joyous Kirtan session followed by a spontaneous dance party! With nourishing meals lovingly prepared and served and free time for a walk in nature, a dip in the pool and a massage in a wine barrel (!), I felt all aspects of my being were catered for. What more could a mother, wanting to relax and connect back to herself, ask for?! Westerbeke is sanctuary away from it all, authentic in every way, just like the teachers who led this retreat."
